Best Paper Award ?In June 2004, the National Women's Business Council and the International Council for Small Business presented their inaugural best paper award for analysis focused on women's entrepreneurship to Dr. Kojo Saffu of Brock University in Ontario, Canada, and Dr. Takyiwaa Manu of the University of Ghana for their paper, Strategic Capabilities of Ghanaian Female Business Owners and the Performance of Their Ventures.
